Job description

As a member of the innovation department within the technical support group, the guarantee and compliance project manager is a key figure who contributes directly to the success and reputation of the growing company. His role, at the heart of warranty and non-conformance management, makes a tangible difference to customers and the success of the company.

As the main point of entry for customers, it handles requests related to warranties offered or product non-conformities. Its role is based on two closely related processes:

  • Resolution of the issues raised: Identify and implement appropriate solutions to effectively meet customer expectations.
  • Manage the ticketing system for the follow-up of customer requests;
  • Order the identified solutions (manufacture or shipment of parts);
  • Coordinate certain corrective work on construction sites.
  • Investigation of the causes: Research the systems, analyze the facts, understand what happened, and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Document warranty or non-compliance issues in the platform;
  • Propose and coordinate improvement solutions with the company’s stakeholders;
  • To support other departments in understanding the issues raised.

Through close collaboration with the various internal stakeholders, the project manager ensures proactive and rigorous management of requests. Education and experience required

  • More than 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in the construction industry.

Key skills required

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
