Refrigeration Fitter and Assembler
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
- Assembles and brazes piping;
- Makes electrical connections according to specifications;
- Performs tests to verify the proper functioning of the equipment;
- Manages the inventory of his department and follows up with the buyers for orders and purchase forecasts
- Helps create new work methods for non-standard products including electrical drawings (voltage, amperage, phases)
- Must be able to be autonomous and resourceful when drawings do not exist for custom work
- Communicate with estimators for validation and system changes
- Be able to manage priorities in the production schedule
- Double check systems on resale for modification as needed
- Be able to provide training as needed
- Meet and improve production standards.
- Help in the warehouse as needed
TRAINING AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in welding and electricity
- Work with hand tools (manual labor);
- Advanced blueprint reading (pre-test required);
- General Handling;
- Follows and improves quality procedures;
- Physical effort;
- Versatile and autonomous
