Customer Service Coordinator

Position Summary

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the various teams within the Facilities Department.

The incumbent handles service requests through multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and the Officetrax platform. He plays a key role in coordinating interventions, ensuring the quality of the service offered and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls from supermarkets.
  • Process billing related to service requests and calls from supermarkets.
  • Prepare bids and place the necessary orders.
  • Produce installation purchase orders for subcontractors as part of service calls.
  • Support requests for parts in case of absence from the team, to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Ensure a rigorous follow-up of the installation sites in progress with the various subcontractors, and update the files accordingly.
  • Actively listen to customers in order to identify their needs, respond positively to their requests and transfer calls as needed.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to assess the quality of service provided.
  • Other related tasks

Education and experience required

  • Hold a DES, or DEP, or a DEC as well as 2 years of experience in customer service and coordination or similar experience related to the market or other related field;
  • Experience in the field of commercial construction (an asset);

Starting Salary : 52,000$ annually
