Allan Monello Joins Norbec as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast U.S.  

Norbec has appointed Allan Monello as Regional Sales Manager – Building Envelope and Controlled Environments, covering the Southeast United States. He is based in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Allan brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction supply sector, with expertise in roofing systems, insulated metal panels (IMPs), and cladding assemblies. 

Throughout his career, he has driven growth through strategic account development and by building strong relationships with contractors, architects, and key decision-makers across the industry. His work has focused on specification-driven projects where coordination between design teams, suppliers, and contractors plays a critical role in project delivery. 

As demand continues to grow across the Southeast for high-performance building envelopes and controlled environment facilities, Allan’s technical knowledge and industry relationships will help support project teams during specification, planning, and execution phases. 

His appointment strengthens Norbec’s regional presence and expands technical and market support for customers throughout the Southeast United States.
