Organizational Changes at Norbec

At Norbec, our constant growth drives us to adapt our organization to meet our clients’ needs more effectively, while preserving the agility and closeness that have been our strengths since the beginning. To maintain our competitiveness and capacity for innovation, we believe that a strengthened structure is essential, while remaining true to our roots and unique culture. 

The recent inauguration of our new plant in Strathroy brilliantly illustrated the cohesion of our team, as well as the pride and loyalty that prevail among our employees. Many of them have evolved within Norbec over the years, and we want to highlight their dedication and talent. It is thanks to their commitment that we can continue to grow and adapt to the challenges of a larger organization while keeping the spirit of a small company. 

In this spirit of progress, I am pleased to announce the formation of a leadership team and an expanded management team, accompanied by promotions, to support our vision.  

Alongside myself (Jan Lembregts), the leadership team will consist of: Alexandre Bélisle, Vice President of Innovation and Sustainability; Brad Tomalty, Vice President of Talent and Culture; Claude Vincent, Chief Financial Officer; Frédéric Tanguay-Moncion, Vice President of Supply Chain and Digital Transformation; Jason Giuliani, Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience; and Pierre Alain Fraser, Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. 

We have also established an expanded management team that will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the success of our strategic initiatives. This new team includes André Thivierge, Plant Director Boucherville; Francis Laurin, Business Development Director; François Desjardins, Technical Services and Quality Assurance Director; Laurence Roy, Marketing Director; Simon Hogervorst, Plant Director Strathroy; Stéphane Morin, Special Projects Director; Tanya Brunet, Financial Performance Director; and Vincent Fleury, Procurement Director. 

Together, we will continue to grow Norbec while remaining true to our values and constantly improving our ability to serve our clients with agility, innovation, and excellence.
