New Metro Plus in Prévost 

The latest addition to the Thibeault family’s supermarkets, the new Metro Plus in Prévost, offers customers an exceptional shopping experience, complete with a spacious 30,000 square foot building. However, the benefits of this new store extend beyond its enhanced features. With the creation of 100 jobs in the industry, the entire Prévost community and surrounding areas will also reap the benefits of this expansion. Since 1981, the Thibeault family has been serving the Laurentians region and employing over 750 people in the grocery business. 

Features of this project 

For this project, Norbec utilized hinged doors that were chosen for their durability features. Each door is meticulously designed and constructed in-house to ensure optimal performance that supermarkets rely on. They are built to withstand the daily wear and tear associated with heavy usage, high salinity, moisture, and strong chemicals, which makes them a perfect fit for even the most demanding environments we can encounter in a supermarket. In addition to hinged doors, sliding doors were also used in this project, providing a convenient and space-saving solution for access while sharing the same great features with the hinged doors.
