Custom walk-in cooler for a limited space

Norbec finalized a project with a owner that was not accustomed with Norbec products and support. The owner was very pleased with this project and contacted our Ontario convenience store representative again to obtain a custom walk-in cooler for his new gas station in Peterborough.

The customer did however, express a space constraint for this new project. Due to space limitations, it was not possible to design the project with the insulated metal personnel door opening outward of the cold room. Our in-house Project management and drafting team took on the project and draw a custom walk-in cooler that met this requirement.

The final installation features a brand new custom walk-in cooler with 7 glass doors and an exterior refrigeration system. The Norbec team made sure to meet the customer’s requirements while respecting the deadline.
